Mission title: Strange occurrences

parameters: Around Rukongai, there seems to be a rash increase in the sightings of unusual phenomina. water flowing upwards from lakes, debris floating along with nothing deterring it's stasis, and more. Usually distortions would lead to a breach in worlds, so we request a team to investigate these strange occurrences and learn the cause.
